Halal Certification & Compliance
Our slaughter operation is performed by certified Muslim slaughtermen following the Fiqh of Halal slaughter. We maintain full transparency about our process and welcome observers. Our methods are in accordance with the rulings of the major Islamic scholarly bodies.
Zabiha Slaughter
All animals are slaughtered by a trained Muslim in the traditional Zabiha method — a swift, single cut to the jugular vein, carotid arteries, and windpipe.
Bismillah Recited
The name of Allah (Bismillah, Allahu Akbar) is recited verbally over every single animal before slaughter. This is a non-negotiable Islamic requirement.
Ethical Treatment
